It also holds well on the back cover of paperbacks and hardbacks. I was able to move the arm and head of the light for easy adjusting, but the light was still too bright against my nook, which means that I either won't use it for long periods or I will have get used to it. I was wrong. Although my first inclination was to return this dinosaur, I kept it because it was an improvement over my old book light (less glare). However the bottom of the screen receives little illumination. The need to replace batteries is truly a nuisance!
